In addition, according to him, military builders are completing the construction of a multifunctional medical center in Kyzyl for 200 beds, after which the creation of a multi-specialty polyclinic will begin.
'We are completing the construction of a 200-bed medical center in Kyzyl. After that, in the same place, in Tyva, we will start the second stage-the construction of a multi-specialty clinic for 300 visits per day, ' the Russian Defence Minister said in the report.

'Currently, we are building a multifunctional medical center in Severomorsk for 100 beds with a specialized radiology department, this is the first such center in our country,' the head of the military department said.
Commissioning and testing of medical equipment have already been completed at the facilities in Pskov and Velikiye Luki. The medical centers are built according to standard projects that have already been implemented by the Russian Defence Ministry during the construction of 16 multi-specialty medical centers based on military hospitals in 15 regions of the country, as well as medical centers in Voronezh and Dagestan.
During their construction, modern technologies were used, which made it possible to reduce the time required to achieve the maximum quality and operational characteristics of the built medical centers.
The multifunctional medical center in Tyva will be equipped with a stationary laboratory for conducting molecular genetic studies with PCR devices. During the construction, one of the standard projects of the Ministry of Defence was used, which was adapted to the climatic and seismic features of the region.
Construction of medical centers to provide medical care to the civilian population of the regions is being carried out on behalf of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed forces of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
