State Route 4 - One-Way Traffic Control

San Joaquin County- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 4 (SR-4) for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:

• One-way traffic control from Tracy Boulevard to Whiskey Slough (Holt) for pavement work beginning Monday, January 13, through Friday, January 17, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Interstate 5 - Lane & Ramp Closures
Closures From Roth Road To County Line

San Joaquin County- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on Interstate 5 (I-5) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• Overnight, full off-ramp closures from southbound I-5 at Roth Road for bridge work beginning Sunday, January 12, through Friday, January 17, from 8:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m.
• Overnight, full on-ramp closures from Mathews Road to northbound I-5 for bridge work beginning Sunday, January 12, through Friday, January 17, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
• Overnight, full off-ramp closures from southbound I-5 at Mathews Road for bridge work beginning Sunday, January 12, through Friday, January 17, from 8:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m.
• Overnight, full on-ramp closures from French Camp Road to I-5 for bridge work beginning Sunday, January 12, through Friday, January 17, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 8:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m. (southbound.)
• Overnight, full off-ramp closures from northbound I-5 at Downing Avenue for bridge work beginning Sunday, January 12, through Friday, January 17, from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
• Overnight, full on and off-ramp closures at Downing Avenue southbound I-5 for bridge work beginning Sunday, January 12, through Friday, January 17, from 8:00 p.m. until 4:00 a.m.
• Overnight, alternating lane closures on northbound and southbound I-5 from Hammer Lane to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line for construction beginning Sunday, January 12, through Friday, January 17, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).
• Overnight, full on and off-ramp closures at Hammer Lane, Eight Mile Road, SR-12 (Flag City), Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Walnut Grove/Thornton Road for construction beginning Sunday, January 12, through Friday, January 17, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. (northbound) and from 9:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. (southbound).

The above listed lane and ramp closures on I-5 between Hammer Lane and the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line are required as part of the I-5 Anchor Pavement Project that will improve 34 miles of existing pavement and shoulders from Hammer Lane in Stockton to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line. The project will also replace on- and off-ramps with upgraded concrete at Eight Mile Road, State Route 12, Turner Road, Peltier Road, and Thornton Road/Walnut Grove Road. State Route 99 - Ramp And Lane Closures
Long-Term Closure Of Calaveras River Overcrossing In Stockton

San Joaquin County- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on State Route 99 (SR-99) for maintenance and construction work within San Joaquin County. Work will occur as follows:

• Long term closure of the Calaveras River/Frontage Road Overcrossing of SR-99 due to bridge work. Motorists will only be able to cross the SR-99/Calaveras River/Frontage Road Overcrossing from the east side of SR-99 to the west. West Frontage Road is closed to southbound through traffic. East Frontage Road will be open to travel. Estimated completion date for bridge repairs is May 2025. Please seek alternate route.
• Full on-ramp closure from Mariposa Road to southbound SR-99 for guard rail repairs on Thursday, January 16, from 8:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
• Overnight, alternating lane closures on southbound SR-99 from Armstrong Road to Eight Mile Road for electrical work beginning Monday, January 13, through Wednesday, January 15, from 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.
• Moving closures on northbound and southbound SR-99 from Armstrong Road to the San Joaquin/Sacramento County line for pavement marker replacement beginning Monday, January 13, through Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Interstate 205 - Ramp Closures
Overnight Closures At Grant Line Road

San Joaquin County- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various closures on Interstate 205 (I-205) for maintenance and construction operations. Work will occur as follows:

• Overnight, full off-ramp closures from eastbound I-205 at Grant Line Road for construction beginning Sunday, January 12, through Tuesday, January 14, from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
