Lincoln Woods Barracks

On May 1, at 1:39 AM, Troopers arrested Carlos Medina, age 31, of 124 Fillmore Street Apt. #C Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Larceny (2 counts) and 2.) Attempted Larceny originating out of the Johnston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue in the City of Providence. Medina was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Johnston Police Department.
