Some recent and ongoing project highlights:

Ascend Elements - Hopkinsville, Kentucky: The groundbreaking facility will transform recycled electric vehicle battery materials into lithium-ion battery precursors and eco-friendly cathode materials for up to 250,000 electric vehicles annually. SourceBlue has demonstrated flexibility in modifying the scope of each procurement package, either by adding or removing equipment. This adaptability has enabled the team to adjust plans to procure products with the best lead times available.

San Diego International Airport Terminal 1 - San Diego, California: A joint venture with Flatiron, the new T1 project will replace the outdated Terminal 1 with a more modern and efficient facility that will enhance the traveler experience. SourceBlue added value with overall savings of 20% on the project ($6.5M+), 65% cost savings off furniture basis of design through introduction of international furniture vendors, and 35% cost savings off tile basis of design through competitive bid environment. SourceBlue also improved Owner's budget for finishes and Furniture, Fixture as scope increased and cost escalation over a three-year period.

Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute - Cleveland, Ohio: SourceBlue identified over $16 million in savings through a combination of risk and opportunity value management and driving competition within the market. SourceBlue also lead the collaborative "choosing by advantage" equipment selection effort amongst the risk-reward team, facilitating a process with equipment manufacturers and subsequent scope review meetings. SourceBlue built and managed the equipment delivery matrix with real-time market feedback, which has been used to inform the overall project schedule. SourceBlue is driving a lean process by providing a clear line of sight to the manufacturers production, schedule, and cost challenges happening on the factory floor and evaluating more scope for the Client for additional savings.
