East Avenue A Closure – 3rd Street to 4th Street

BISMARCK, N.D. - Starting at 7:00 am on Thursday, October 21, 2021, East Avenue A will be closed to traffic between 3^rd Street and 4^th Street to replace HVAC equipment on the roof of Trinity Lutheran Church. The closure will be in place until end of the day on Thursday, weather permitting.

No detour route will be in place.

Access to local businesses will be maintained.
