How AI Can Benefit Scientific Discovery Focus of NYU-Hosted Conference, April 26

New York University will host "AI Meets Science," a one-day conference that will explore AI's potential to enhance scientific inquiry, on Fri., April 26, at NYU's Wasserman Center for Career Development.

While AI's role in transportation, employment, and animation has been well-considered, its possibilities in the realm of scientific research are less widely understood. The conference, organized by AI for Scientific Research, housed at NYU's Tandon School of Engineering, will include presentations from NASA, SandboxQA, and major research universities that will explore what's possible in the "AI + Science" world, along with sessions that also consider AI's impact in the humanities and the social sciences.

Presentations include "Learning the Universe with Novel AI tools," "Upcoming AI Revolution in Healthcare and Medicine," "Literary Studies in the Age of AI," and "AI and Social Sciences," among others. For a complete list of sessions and times, please visit the "AI Meets Science" event page.
