Motorlux will celebrate the start of Monterey Car Week at the Monterey Jet Center on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, alongside Broad Arrow Auctions for the first day of their two-day auction. Restomod and bespoke automobile manufacturers will kick off the week's announcements during the VIP and media preview hour at Motorlux, before the doors open to the public.

Motorlux automotive debuts and highlights during the VIP hour will include:

• Meyers Manx are thrilled to unveil a new limited-edition Meyers Manx powered by a radial airplane engine. This motor was created by Trousdale Ventures portfolio company Bespoke Engineering in Adelaide, Australia, for aviation use and has been adapted for fast road use in their Costa Mesa facility.
• DRVN Automotive Groupwill display their recently unveiled 355 by Evoluto at Motorlux, one of only 55 reimagined vehicles set to be produced. This is a rare opportunity to join Evoluto for the public debut of the vehicle in the USA.
• McMurtry Automotivewill be displaying the Weathertech Raceway Laguna Seca Hillclimb record holder McMurtry Spéirling. This British-built fan car is fresh from winning the Reverse Corkscrew Hillclimb at Laguna Seca and is the same hyper-track car which holds the record at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
