The Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Francisco André, will be on an official visit to Bissau between today and Saturday.
The visit's agenda includes institutional meetings with several members of the Guinean government, highlighting bilateral cooperation projects and those delegated by the European Union and implemented by Portugal in Guinea-Bissau.
During the visit, a Cooperation Agreement will be signed for the creation of a Portuguese School in Guinea-Bissau, as well as the launching of the first Master's Degree in Portuguese Language in the country.

Thursday, 26:
5PM - Launch of the Master's Degree in Portuguese Language, alongside the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Timóteo M'Bunde

Friday, 27:
11:10AM - Courtesy visit to the Prime Minister, Nuno Gomes Nabiam
11:25AM - Meeting with the Minister of State, Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Communities, Suzi Barbosa
11:45AM - Signing ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement between the Portuguese Republic and the Republic of Guinea-Bissau for the creation of the Portuguese School in Guinea-Bissau, Teaching Centre for Portuguese Language and Culture. At the end, around noon, statements to the media are expected.
