B&W's BrightLoop™ chemical looping technology is gaining worldwide attention as a viable, sustainable, effective solution for decarbonization and low-carbon hydrogen production.
The breakthrough technology - and landmark project built around it in Baton Rouge, Louisiana - are featured in an article in Forbes magazine. The project will generate net-negative carbon intensity hydrogen from biomass fuel - hydrogen that can be used to fuel transportation, energy and hard-to-abate industries.
Kenny Young, B&W Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, was interviewed for the article. "We are taking steps to fast-track this technology to a commercial state," said Young. "We will be as green as any project in the world."
