Dover - ; The Delaware Department of Transportation announces the closure of S. Governors Avenue between W. North St. and W. Water Street starting on Monday, April 8th through Friday, April 12th (weather permitting) to tie in the water and sewer main lines.
Detour - N/B S. Governors Ave left turn onto W. Water Street, Right turn onto. S. New Street, Right turn onto W. North Street.
S/B on S. Governors Ave. right turn onto W. Water Street, left turn onto S. New Street, left turn onto W. Water Street.
