SPEAKER ŞENTOP HAS PHONE TALK WITH TERM PRESIDENT OF PUIC, BOUGHALI

Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (GNAT), Mustafa Şentop had a phone talk with the Speaker of National People's Assembly of Algeria, the Term President of Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States (PUIC), Ibrahim Boughali and Şentop stated that as PUIC, a common stance should be taken against Israel's attacks on Masjid al-Aqsa and the Palestinian people.

Stating that the international community should take concrete steps in the face of the attacks of the Israeli security forces and urgently put this issue on their agenda, Speaker of GNAT, Şentop emphasized that PUIC should act urgently with inter-parliamentary cooperation against the attacks on Masjid al-Aqsa.<_o3a_p>

On Şentop's suggestion, it was decided to hold an online meeting on Monday, April 10, between the previous term president of PUIC, Türkiye, the current term president of PUIC, Algeria and the next term president of PUIC, the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.<_o3a_p>
