Greetings to participants and guests of the final stage of the 13th Night Hockey League National Festival

The President's message reads, in part:

"I note with satisfaction that your wonderful project has gained wide popularity, become one of the most successful [projects] in the national amateur sport. By uniting thousands of ice hockey fans from many regions of the country, it makes an important contribution to the development of physical culture, promotion of healthy and active lifestyle values. And, among other things, it gives the participants a wonderful opportunity to get a unique competitive experience, hone skills, familiarise themselves with the history and wonderful traditions of our hockey, meet idols, winners of the Olympic games and international tournaments.

I am confident that the current final stage of the festival will be held on a decent organisational, artistic level and leave bright and unforgettable impressions."
