Upcoming ramp closures for permit work near CPKC Stadium, Feb. 22-23

Ramp closures from NB I-35/I-29 to Front St/Berkley Blvd. and from The Paseo to NB I-35/I-29.

JACKSON COUNTY - Crews will close the following ramps for permit work for striping operations from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 22 and Friday, Feb. 23.

• The off ramp from NB I-35/I-29 to Front St/Berkley Blvd.
• The on ramp from The Paseo to NB I-35/I-29

In addition, permit work for new pavement operations is taking place on the left lane of eastbound and westbound Berkley Blvd. and Front Street at I-29/I-35 daily until early March.

This permit work is located near the construction of the Kansas City Current CPKC Stadium at Berkley Riverfront Park. One lane should remain open at all times, but motorists may experience delays in the area. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
