On January 24, 2023, the General Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Finex Kredit BOKT OJSC will be held.

The following issues are planned to be discussed at the meeting:

1. Discussion of the results of 2022.

2. Approval of the results of the audit of the financial results of 2022 by an independent auditor.

3. Development prospects of the company for 2023.

4. Other matters.

It should be noted that the authorized capital of Finex Kredit BOKT OJSC belongs to 10 individual shareholders.

The annual general meeting of shareholders will be held at the head office of Finex Kredit BOKT OJSC located at 11 S. Rustam Street, Baku.
