COVID VACCINE BOOSTER DOSE UPDATE:
Recently, the FDA and CDC recommended that certain individuals who received Pfizer, Moderna and J&J vaccines may receive a booster dose.
Starting on Tuesday, November 2, patients who received Moderna or J&J vaccines can receive their booster shot during CDP Health Care System walk-in booster event. No appointment necessary.

- Tuesday, November 2, 9am - 5 pm
- Wednesday, November 3, 3 pm - 6 pm
- Thursday, November 4, 9 am - 5 pm
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Moderna and Pfizer vaccine recipients:
- People 65+, those 18+ with underlying health conditions or people with jobs that put them at a higher risk are eligible to receive a booster at least six months after their second dose.
- Any manufacturer (Pfizer, Moderna or J&J) can be used for a booster.
J&J vaccine recipients:
- People 18+ can receive a booster at least two months after their initial dose.
- Any manufacturer (Pfizer, Moderna or J&J) can be used for a booster.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION and RESTRICTIONS:
- Bring your vaccination card
- Wear loose-fitting shirts or short sleeves
- Enter through Dental Clinic entrance; door 11
- No wait period between other vaccines including flu shot vaccine
- Restrictions apply to 90 days post monoclonal antibody infusion
