My shout-out goes to all the women within BGSF - You are smart, hardworking, and talented! I want to give a special shoutout to Christina Lee for pushing me to be the best version of myself, always making me feel supported, and changing my way of thinking when planning my route for site visits.

She has made a huge impact on my life in regard to my role within BG.

BiG shout-out to Alexis Jackson for always being positive and supportive, and empowering me to make better choices overall. Not only has she impacted me to be more empathetic and caring, but also healthier and more productive in my personal life! She is someone who inspires by just being herself and everyone who is around her feels it!

Mary Campbell and Rasheiya Block deserve a shout-out for always lending a helping hand. When I stepped into my role, they were always available to answer any questions I had (which were many!) and were always ready to offer words of encouragement. These ladies are the definition of TEAM PLAYERS!

I've worked with Cheryl Pipich for almost 8 years. She has been crucial for my team's success because she has given me a different perspective on staffing. We have always been able to bounce ideas off one another and help our teams grow.

Shoutout to all the women in BGSF. We could not do what we do without your work and leadership. On a personal level there are two women who have been instrumental in my evolution as a person and in my career. The first is Gay Belt. Gay has been a leader, mentor, and friend throughout my time with BGSF. She has believed in me and provided opportunities for me to learn and flourish. She listened to me and always encouraged me to be more. I would not be where I am without her. The second is Ebony Butler. Ebony has encouraged me to be myself and embrace the newness of my new role and responsibilities. Ebony is a great teacher. I am glad I am able to learn so much from her.
