On September 23, 2021, Laurie Sullivan, Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, and the Company's Principal Accounting Officer, provided notice of her intention to retire from Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation (the "Company") as of March 4, 2022. There are no disagreements between the Company and Ms. Sullivan on any matters relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices which led to her decision to depart the Company. The Company has commenced its process to identify her successor.
