Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 954 and upon the recent vacancy of the office of the Clerk of Court for this bankruptcy court, the court hereby designates Kevin McNatt, currently the Chief Deputy Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court, as Acting Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court on an interim basis, with authority to act temporarily as Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court in his own name. This designation and appointment shall be temporary and effective only until the earlier to occur of (i) the appointment of a permanent Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court, which shall effect an automatic termination of the designation, appointment, and authority granted herein without further action by this court, or (ii) the execution of a separate order by this court otherwise terminating the designation and appointment made herein.
