JEFFERSON CITY---Pursuant to Public Service Commission rule, Evergy Missouri Metro, Inc. d/b/a Evergy Missouri Metro has filed its 2023 Renewable Energy Standard (RES) Compliance Report and 2024 RES Compliance Plan with the Missouri Public Service Commission.

The PSC Staff has been directed to file a report regarding the Company's 2023 RES Compliance Report and 2024 RES Compliance Plan no later than May 31, 2024. Any other interested person or entity has until May 31, 2024, to file any comments.

Evergy Missouri Metro provides electric service to approximately 303,500 customers in the Missouri counties of Carroll, Cass, Chariton, Clay, Howard, Jackson, Johnson, Lafayette, Livingston, Pettis, Platte, Randolph and Saline.
