Section of G228 from Xidian to Taoyuan to be completed

The section of the G228 Highway from Xidian Town to Taoyuan Town of Ninghai County will be completed and opened to traffic in September this year. The project is an important part of G228 Highway. It starts at the junction of Ninghai County and Fenghua District, and ends at Xinghai North Road of Chengguan Town, Ninghai County. The main line is 17.555km long, designed in accordance with the standard of first-class highway, with six lanes in both directions. The project is implemented with the PPP (public-private partnership) model, with Ningbo Fubang Highway Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. undertaking the task of integrated investment, construction, and maintenance. It is a key construction project at the provincial and municipal levels, as well as a project under special provincial and municipal supervision.
