MFA Update - THANK YOU Students

UAA ITS would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to all students for helping us get everyone enrolled in MFA over the past four months. This step forward helps us protect your account and data. Also, because many students used our new SMS Text Support option to get help, we've decided to keep this support channel up and running for all IT support issues, as well as add a new Web Chat support channel in the near future.

The experience you had in setting up MFA and using it is very important to us, so we would like to hear from you.
