Prelios SGR leases an office building in Rome through the Fondo Immobiliare primo RE fund

Prelios SGR, the Prelios Group asset manager, has leased an entire building located in Via Campanile 73 - 85, near the EUR district in Rome, to Assist Digital S.p.A., a leading provider of Customer Experience Management services. The agreement was drawn up through Fondo Immobiliare primo RE, a fund held entirely by the Cassa dei Dottori Commercialisti (CDC) public accountants fund.

The property in question is a stylish modern building, with external cladding in marble and travertine stone. It consists of three floors and a basement for a total surface area of approximately 6,000 sq.m. Inside, the offices are designed to accommodate modern equipment.

The completion of the lease is an important result in Fondo immobiliare primo RE's asset management strategy to consolidate its lease profile. Until the end of 2022, the building was leased to a major international corporation, who, little more than a year later, has now been replaced by the new tenant, with a significant reduction in the time the offices stood vacant, despite the low level of letting activity on Rome's secondary lease market.

The operation was completed with the support of Colliers Italy, who acted as advisor. Legal questions were handled by the Ashurst international law firm.
