Exciting line up at CIPD Annual Conference in Ireland 2024- exciting speaker line-up to include Dragon’s Den’s Deborah Meadon

The inspiring CIPD annual conference in Ireland will start the day hearing from CEOs on their business challenges and the employee experience that the people profession has to deliver for business success. The panel will includetheCEO of Musgrave, Noel Keeley, Ireland's largest private sector employer,and CEO of Clare County Council,Pat Dowling, CIPD award winner in 2023 and 2024. This will be followed by an exclusive interview with Deborah Meaden,highly successful businesswoman and one of the most popular investors on the BBC's Dragons Den, by Tara Shine, CEO of Change by Degrees, covering business leadership and sustainability.

Delving deeper, the conference will hear about key challenges of digital transformation, AI and managing sustainable people practices, and Peter Cheese, CEO CIPD, will explore what these trends mean for the people profession.

The conference willalso inlcude leadership from a very different lens: an interactive musical experience for the first time in Ireland, delivered under the world-class leadership of the Silent ConductorSteve Barnett.

Reflecting on what drives the people profession and career journeys, our final inspiring session will explore personal drivers of HR leaders from eir and Davy, why our profession contributes significantly to the organisation's success and will conclude with futurist Perry Timmssumming up how, in practice,we can bring the future nearer.
