Risk Limiting Audit

The Richmond County Board of Elections will conduct a risk limiting audit of the votes cast in the December 6, 2022 General and Special Election Runoff beginning Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 10:00 am in the Board of Elections Warehouse located at 2029 Lumpkin Road Augusta, GA 30906

The public and all interested parties are invited to attend. The audit shall be open to the view of the public and press, but no person except the person(s) designated by the election superintendent or the superintendent's authorized deputy shall touch any ballot or ballot container. The election superintendent may designate a viewing area from which members of the public may observe the audit for the purpose of good order and maintaining the integrity of the audit.
