Cintas Acquires Paris Uniform Services
March 13, 2024Cintas Corp. has acquired Paris Uniform Services, a Pennsylvania-based, family-owned supplier of uniform and facility services.
Established in 1978 as a subsidiary of Paris Cleaners, Paris Uniform Services maintains customer bases in Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, and West Virginia. Financial details of the transaction were not announced.
"Paris Uniform Services has been delivering high-quality service and products in their region for over 45 years," said Scott Garula, president and chief operating officer of Cintas' rental division. "Their commitment to taking care of their customers will integrate well here at Cintas."
