PUBLIC NOTICE OF PRIVATE SALE

The City of Durham intends to convey the following City-owned vacant lots to Durham Community Land Trustees Inc. (DCLT) for the purpose of affordable housing development:

• 704 Grant Street (PIN 0831-12-2684, Parcel ID # 118144)
• 917 Grant Street (PIN 0831-11-2771, Parcel ID # 118077)
