Vishay's BPW46 is a PIN photodiode with high speed and high radiant sensitivity in a clear, side view plastic package. It is sensitive to visible and near infrared radiation. Spectrally matched to Vishay's infrared emitter and photodiode product offering, this sensor is optimal for object sensing or movement detection in a small form factor package.
