Vishay PIN Photodiodes Available at TTI
Fort Worth, Texas - June 11, 2021 - TTI, Inc., a leading specialty distributor of electronic components, is now stocking the BPW46 family of Infrared Photodiodes from Vishay. These through-hole mount products are targeted for medical, industrial and safety or security sensing applications.
Vishay's BPW46 is a PIN photodiode with high speed and high radiant sensitivity in a clear, side view plastic package. It is sensitive to visible and near infrared radiation. Spectrally matched to Vishay's infrared emitter and photodiode product offering, this sensor is optimal for object sensing or movement detection in a small form factor package. It's robust design is ideal for ruggedized industrial and commercial operating requirements.
