On March 6, 2024, Lance Marram notified TPI Composites, Inc. (the "Company") of his decision to resign from his position as Chief Commercial Officer - Wind of the Company, effective March 15, 2024, to pursue other business opportunities. There are no disagreements between the Company and Mr. Marram relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices that resulted in Mr. Marram's resignation.
