Statement by RA NA President on nomination of candidates for vacancies of judges of Court of Cassation

In accordance with Article 166.3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Article 143.2 of the constitutional law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) nominated the candidacies of Karen Tumanyan, Naira Hovsepyan and Gurgen Malkhasyan for vacancy of the judge of the Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation, and the candidacies of Davit Khachaturyan, Anahit Hakobyan and Manvel Shahverdyan - for vacancy of the judge of the Criminal Chamber.
