Durham Region Water Financial Plan

Durham Region is submitting a Water Financial Plan to the Province to renew its municipal drinking water licence as part of the Municipal Drinking Water Licence Program, in accordance with Ontario Regulation 453/07.

The Regulation also requires that the Financial Plan be made available to members of the public who are served by the drinking-water system and that notice be provided advising the public of the availability of the Financial Plan. In accordance with the Regulation, copies of Durham Region's Water Financial Plan and related Report #2024-F-7 are available, upon request, in the Office of the Regional Clerk/Director of Legislative Services at 605 Rossland Road East, Level 1, P.O. Box 623, Whitby, ON, L1N 6A3, 905-668-4113 (ext 3677). The Financial Plan is also posted on the Region's website at durham.ca/Budget.
