Anna Paulina Luna Voted Against Supporting Military Spouses Struggling with Unemployment

Far-right extremist Anna Paulina Luna rejected bipartisan legislation "that would offer military spouses working for the federal government [career] flexibility during military-mandated moves."

Florida is the sixth most populous state of active duty personnel, including more than 77,000 active-duty servicemembers and 31,000 active-duty spouses. In Florida's 13th Congressional District, over 50,000 residents are veterans.

This isn't the first time Luna has voted against military families. In 2022, then-candidate Luna proudly admitted she would not have supported the PACT Act, which is benefiting nearly 90,000 veterans and their survivors in Florida.

DCCC Spokesperson Lauryn Fanguen:
"With her latest vote, Anna Paulina Luna is once again ignoring the needs of servicemembers, veterans, and their families. Servicemembers in Florida deserve a representative who will support and protect their unique needs - and Luna has proven she can't be trusted."
