/KASE, June 5, 2023/ - Kazakhmys Copper JSC (Ulytau region), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 30, 2023. The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions: - to approve the company's audited financial statements (separate and consolidated) for 2022; - due to the absence of the company's net profit for 2022, there shall be no accrual or payment of dividends on ordinary shares.
