4/18/24 UPCS, UPCS with Intent to Deliver
(PEORIA, IL) Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at approximately 12:06 p.m. members of the Peoria Police Department's Special Investigations Division (SID) executed a search warrant at a residence in the 2000 block of W. Antoinette for the illegal distribution of narcotics.
During the warrant officers detained 47-year-old John A. Ford and 47-year-old Tricia L. Worrick.
During a search of the residence and of the detained individuals, officers located and seized illegal narcotics, drug equipment, and currency.
Worrick and Ford were transported to the Peoria Police Department for interviewing purposes. Worrick was subsequently issued a Notice to Appear (NTA) for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia.
Ford was subsequently arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Distribution of a Controlled Substance (2 counts), and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Ford was transported to the Peoria County Jail.
