Sioux Falls Comp Squadron Change of Cadet Commander

C/1st Lt Ethan den Hoed succeeded C/1st Lt Zephaniah Tolliver as Sioux Falls Composite Squadron Cadet Commander in a change of command ceremony on January 26.
