All Iron buys historical building in Bilbao advised by Cuatrecasas

Lawyers from Cuatrecasas advised the investment group All Iron on acquiring a historical building on calle Ledesma, 5, in Bilbao-one of the busiest streets in the city-for €5.1 million. All Iron will build 45 serviced apartments for short- and medium-term stay in the five-story building occupying 2,000 square meters. Thanks to this acquisition in the Abando district, prime area in Bilbao, the REIT All Iron will reinforce its position in the city.
