Serritella to Speak at IMN Annual Distressed Forum for Bank Special Assets

Taft Chicago partner William Serritella, Jr. will be a speaker at the 12th Annual Midwest Distressed Forum for Bank Special Assets on Sept. 18. He will serve as moderator for the session "C&I Loans Market Review & Outlook," where speakers will explore the current market conditions and the impact of C&I loans on businesses. Serritella will also participate as a panelist for "CRE Litigation: Costs, Collections, Damages, Time & Alternative Solutions," discussing the cost, time, and preparation involved in litigation, the volume of litigation over the past year, and possible best and worst outcomes.

Serritella is co-chair of Taft's firmwide Commercial Litigation practice. He focuses his practice on banking, commercial, and appellate litigation. Serritella is a frequent lecturer on various topics, including commercial and real estate workouts, receivership, Uniform Commercial Code issues, trial practice, appellate practice, contract law, sales commission protection acts, employment discrimination, and alternative billing practices.
