Round Rock’s Fourth of July celebration includes parade, fireworks

The City of Round Rock knows how to celebrate Independence Day! Free, patriotic festivities will take place through the day on Thursday, July 4 including a parade and festival with carnival, music and fireworks.

Sertoma Independence Day Parade

Where: Mays Street in Downtown Round Rock

When: Starts at 8:30 a.m.

The 2024 Annual Sertoma Independence Day Parade is bigger and better than ever and will once again feature giant helium and cold air inflatables, community groups and patriotic spirit. This parade will take place on the 1.5 mile route along Mays Street between Mays Crossing and Highway 79. The parade will start at 8:30 a.m. to beat the heat, so arrive early to find the best seat to watch and celebrate!

Frontier Days

Where: Old Settlers Park, 3300 E. Palm Valley Blvd.

When: Opens at noon

Join in at Old Settlers Park with patriotic fun and festivities including carnival rides, entertainment, LIVE music, Swifty Swine Racing Pigs, Pepper Eating Contest, vendors and more! The fireworks show will begin at dark.
