Minister’s meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of Chile

On March 10, 2023, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Sirojiddin Muhriddin received newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Chile to the Republic of Tajikistan (with residence in Moscow) Mr. Eduardo Escobar.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on current state and prospects for development of bilateral relations between Tajikistan and Chile and other issues of mutual interest.

At the end of the meeting, the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the Republic of Chile on the mutual exemption of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, service and special passports was signed.
