Fully Launched ATLATL Boosts Development of Champion Bio with Strong Momentum

On August 26, the ATLATL Innovation Platform (ATLATL for short), located in the Zhongguancun Life Science Park, commenced its Phase Two operations, signifying the complete utilization of the platform resources.

During the inauguration ceremony, the ATLATL reached a platform collaboration agreement with industry-leading enterprises engaged in both upstream and downstream operations, such as Charles River and Danaher Corporation. This partnership aims to collectively drive innovation and foster the development of the region's biopharmaceutical industry. The Phase Two project of the ATLATL welcomed the initial group of six innovative biopharmaceutical enterprises to establish their presence within its premises.

As a strong support for Beijing's pharmaceutical and health industry, the Zhongguancun Life Science Park remains dedicated to enhancing the software and hardware environment. In 2021, the ATLATL made its debut in Beijing, aiding over 20 biopharmaceutical innovation teams in accelerating their development. Remarkably, these teams collectively secured corporate financing exceeding CNY 2 billion by the end of July this year. Looking forward, the ATLATL will further expand its operations, fostering a diverse and vibrant innovation system. Its mission is to assist additional innovation and entrepreneurship teams, establish a globally leading biopharmaceutical innovation platform, and contribute to the rapid development of the Champion Bio in Changping District.
