Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.

On December 6, 2021, City Office REIT, Inc. (the "Company") closed on the acquisition of an approximately 307,000 square foot office building in Phoenix, Arizona ("Block 23"). The seller was an unaffiliated third party. The gross purchase price was $150.0 million, exclusive of closing costs.
