Members of Parliamentvoted on the composition of the 25 standing committees in the National Assembly without their leadership.

Parliament adopted an addendum to the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, which stipulates that when there is no elected leadershipof a parliamentary committee, its meeting shall be chaired by a memberof the committeeappointed by the President of the National Assembly.

Parliament heard the InterimDeputy Prime Minister for the Management of European Funds, Atanas Pekanov, on information on the implementation of the Decision of the National Assembly to oblige the Council of Ministers to amend the Recovery and ResiliencePlan in the energy sector, and Atanas Pekanov and the InterimMinister for Energy, Rosen Hristov, on a report and information on the actions taken and planned in connection with the implementation of the Decision of the National Assembly to oblige the Council of Ministers to amend the Recovery and ResiliencePlan in the energy sector.

In the framework of the blitz control, the InterimDeputy Prime Minister for Social Policies and Minister of Labour and Social Policy Lazar Lazarov, the InterimDeputy Prime Minister for the Management of European Funds, Atanas Pekanov, the InterimDeputy Prime Minister for Economic Policies and Minister of Transport and Communications Hristo Alexiev and the InterimDeputy Prime Minister for Public Order and Security and Minister of Interior Ivan Demerdzhiev responded to MPs' questions.
