Arts Barn Seeking Submissions for the FY25 Season Brochure

The applicants selected from the applications will have their artwork featured on the cover of the Fiscal Year 2025 Arts Barn Season Brochure and in related marketing materials during the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. The artwork will be chosen by a staff panel, which includes artists, programmers and designers.

Terms

Selection:

* All work must be original in design and be able to be translated successfully to digital media for printing. No element of the work may infringe on the copyright of another artist or person.

* Subject matter must be consistent with a family-friendly environment. Final selection is subject to the approval of the Arts Administrator.

* A staff panel will select the artwork.

Criteria for Choosing Artwork:

* Fit with the Arts Barn's branding * Unique insights and creativity
* Technical ability
* Adherence to the theme - artwork must easily be identified by the jurors as falling within the theme of the diverse arts that are shared and celbrated at the Arts Barn.

Artwork:

* Artwork orientation should be square (1:1) or landscape/horizontal (either 4:5 or 3:4 ratio)* All work MUST be able to be photographed or scanned at a professional level resulting in a large, high-quality, high-resolution image file or be created as a large, high-quality, high-resolution digital file. Final image files must be a minimum of 300 ppi and 4000 px on the shortest dimension.
* AI-generated images should not be submitted and will not be considered. All artwork must be rendered by the artist's hand, not computer prompts.
