Elis Kadaja has had a fascinating journey leading up to her time at Incap. She spent 14 years away from Estonia, initially moving to Germany after high school. There, she began as a traditional babysitter before learning the language and pursuing a degree in communication sciences. Throughout her life, Elis has worked in various fields of communication, from Microsoft customer support to the tourism industry.

Elis joined Incap as part of her plan to return to her home island, Saaremaa. At the company, her main responsibilities include customer communication, invoicing, and formulating offers. Elis has been welcomed warmly by her colleagues, and she appreciates the pleasant working atmosphere at Incap Estonia. Her language skills proved to be valuable early on, as she was able to represent the company at the Hannover Messe 2023. This experience allowed her to delve deeper into the world of technology and broaden her understanding of the industry.

When she's not working, Elis devotes her time to her biggest hobby - her little toddler. Together, they fully enjoy the charms of Saaremaa and its refreshing sea air. Elis and her family are eagerly looking forward to the summer when they can participate in various cultural programs and activities on the island.
