Kudos Across America – Cleveland

Hello,

My name is Jenny O'Keefe and I am the Director of Residential Autism Services at Bellefaire Jewish Children's Bureau in Shaker Heights, Ohio. We recently sent a client home for the first time in three years to California.

I called Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and quickly got connected with TSA Manager Brian Phillips who was nothing short of exceptional. He was incredibly helpful to us in navigating this experience for our client with autism and his father, helping us to understand necessary documentation needs, as well as being very responsive. Brian worked with our team to assure this was a huge success.

I also wanted to recognize the Supervisory TSA Officer who assisted our client and his family through, Deb McCoig, who was also a huge part of the success of this transition.

I wanted you to know because we were so beyond appreciative and impressed by the support.
