Negative Declaration

Cayuga County - The Town of Montezuma, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water Service Area #2 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a water project along parts of State Route 90, Loop Road, Mentz Church Road, Wilsey Road, Denman Road, Davis Road, Salt Block Road, Armbuster Road, Chapman Road, and River Road in the Town of Montezuma, New York. The proposed project includes the installation of approximately 60,000 linear foot of water main, fire hydrants, gate valves, and pressure reducing valves to provide municipal water service to property owners throughout the Town.
