‘Together we are Europe’ mobile exhibition extended: Poltava will be the next region to learn about EU war response in support of Ukraine

Upon to popular demand, the mobile exhibition of original artworks by Ukrainian illustrators on the European Union's assistance to Ukraine amid Russia's full-scale war has been extended. Starting 27 February 2023, the exposition will visit Poltava and will be based in the Victory Park. So far, the exhibition visited in seven regions of the country - Kyiv, Lviv, Rivne, Khmelnytskyi, Uzhhorod, Odesa and Dnipro.

The exhibition is part of the all-Ukrainian communication campaign "Together we are Europe", which the EU launched in August. The campaign aims to inform the widest audience of Ukrainians about the comprehensiveEU support, solidarity and assistance, which European partners have consistently provided to Ukraine from the very beginningof the full-scale Russian invasion, and which is constantly increasing.

A series of drawingscreated by nine Ukrainian illustrators presents a wide range of assistance that Ukraine and Ukrainians receive - both within the country and in the EU, where over 8 million of Ukrainians escaping the war currently live.

The exhibition shows the extent of the assistance of the European Union, its Member States and Financial Institutions - Team Europe - who quickly switched their decision-making mechanisms regarding financial, humanitarian and military aid to Ukraine to a 'wartime mode'. Starting from February 2022, Team Europe has provided assistance to Ukraine in the total amount of almostEUR 67billion - including 12 billion in military assistance via the European Peace Facility and by Member States directly.

"Our mobile exhibition continues to attract a vast public. It is my pleasure to prolong its tour across Ukraine, and an honour to have it now in Poltava, in the very heart of Ukraine"- said Remi Duflot, Deputy Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine.

The exhibition takes place in partnership with the Poltava City Council and will last until 12 March2023.
