Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 11:48 AM, Troopers arrested Victor Bigas Esteras, age 38, of 121 Tobey Street, Apartment #3, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the charge of Driving Without a License - Fourth or Subsequent Offense originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Wickford Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Admiral Street, in the City of Providence. Esteras was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at the Third Division District Court.

On Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 1:00 PM, Troopers arrested Jolene Conti, age 49, of 36 Garfield Avenue, Apartment #2, Providence, Rhode Island, on an affidavit and arrest warrant for 1.) Larceny Greater than $1,500, 2.) Receiving Stolen Goods Greater than $1,500 and 3.) Conspiracy originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Conti being located by the Pawtucket Police Department. Conti was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 10:17 PM, Troopers arrested Cristiano Pereira, age 36, of 26 Comstock Street, Apartment #1, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs BAC Unknown - Second Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Lonsdale Avenue, in the City of Pawtucket. Pereira was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
