On May 13, 2024, Jefferies Credit Partners BDC Inc., a Maryland corporation (the "Company"), declared a distribution for its shares of common stock, par value $0.001 (the "Shares") in the amount of $0.3566 per Share. The distribution is payable on June 6, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 28, 2024. The distribution will be paid in cash.
