Greenberg Traurig Advises UOVO in its Majority Stake Acquisition in Domaine, a Wine Storage and Logistics Provider

MIAMI - April 27, 2023 - Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A. represented UOVO in its acquisition of a majority stake in Domaine, the premier wine collection, storage, and logistics services firm based in St. Louis, Missouri with locations across the United States. The terms of the acquisition weren't disclosed.

UOVO, based in New York City, is widely recognized as a leading storage and logistics provider for both commercial and private art and fashion collections. UOVO said in its release that adding Domaine's wine logistics and storage services to its "portfolio of dedicated art and fashion verticals amplifies and expands its suite of bespoke services and resources available to clients spanning all three categories."
