Asahi Intecc Group announces that its consolidated subsidiary, Asahi Intecc Scientific (Beijing) Co., Ltd. has concluded an exclusive sales agreement with Dingke Medical Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "DK MEDTECH"), for the "DK Score™ Coronary Scoring Balloon Dilatation Catheter" manufactured by Chinese medical device company DK MEDTECH.
